Reminder: The players PTN (Personal Tryout Number) is the last 5 digits of the players HCR# (Hockey Canada Registry)
If your players 1st or 2nd number(s) (or both) of their 5-digit PTN # is “0” – the 0 will not show in the code and your players PTN will revert to a 4 or 3 digit PTN.
