2022-2023 Refund/Withdrawal Policy


Representative Hockey

 

Once a player has been rostered to team and signed their player card, no registration refunds are applicable and refunds will not be processed, regardless of the reason.



House League ONLY
Up to October 15th


In the event of *injury, where a player is unable to continue for the season, a pro-rated refund based on the date the player becomes injured will be granted, less a $100 administration fee. *The refund is conditional upon presentation of a valid physicians note indicating the injury is ‘season ending’. Jersey and socks must be returned to the APMHA prior to any refunds being issued. 



Hockey School ONLY
Up to October 31

 
Refunds will be granted in Hockey School up to October 31, less a $100 administration fee. Jersey and socks must be returned to the APMHA prior to any refunds being issued. No refunds will be issued beyond this date.
