The Ontario Hockey Federation and the APMHA is in full support of the intent of Rowan’s Law to create awareness of concussions, change the culture surrounding concussions and provide safe sport participation. The Ontario legislation has been in effective since July, 1st 2019 and will impact all APMHA players, coaches, volunteers and parents this season.

OHF Rowans Law Acknowledgement Form

Rowans Law acknowledgment forms can be completed online during your online registration with the APMHA; a paper form is available above if needed. Completed forms are mandatory for participation in any APMHA activities. Players, coaches and parents must commit to operating within the parameters of the OHF Concussion Code of Conduct.
