U14-U18 TRYOUT GUIDELINES
***The below information DOES NOT apply to U18AAA - U18AAA tryouts will be held in August and more information will be posted on the website***
Players who do not follow the tryout guidelines, as described by the OHF, will not be provided with a release. If you do not attend tryouts at all and require a release once tryouts are complete, the APMHA will NOT provide you with a release after the fact. Make sure you are aware of, and understand, the rules. It is your responsibility to understand and be informed of the LOR rules and guidelines. The APMHA will not respond to release requests until the tryout process has been followed and completed.
**IMPORTANT**
Forms will not be processed until April 24th, 2023 as per OHF regulations. Any emails sent regarding PTS requests will not receive a response. Please follow the instructions and guidelines below.

'A/'C' (formerly BB) and 'BB' (formerly MD) - May 8th (first day of 'A' tryouts)
Non-Residents Welcome
The Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey Association is inviting LOR non-resident players to tryout for APMHA teams. LOR non-resident players are players currently living in the LOR Region (Ajax, Pickering, Markham, Richmond Hill, Brampton, Oakville) and the GTHL (Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughn) . Non-residents are only eligible for ‘AAA’, 'AA' and ‘A’ levels.

AA & A LOR PTS (Permission to Skate) Information
NOTE: If you send in more than one form for the same request all will be denied, do not send in more than one request or duplicates.
PTS forms can take up to 48-72 hours and are only provided on/after the first day of AA tryouts.
All information must be entered accurately and match the information you entered into the Hockey Canada Registration or the PTS will be denied.

APMHA Staff cannot change or modify any tryout guidelines approved by the APMHA board of Directors.
