FALL CLASSIC - NOV 7-10 2024
HOSTED BY AJAX-PICKERING MINOR HOCKEY

Each form has a limit, as long as you are able to complete and submit the form, your team has successfully submitted registration for the Fall Classic Tournament. A confirmation email will be sent ONLY when a corresponding payment has been made to secure your teams spot in the tournament. Registration, without payment, does not confirm a teams spot in the tournament; without payment, teams may be moved to the waitlist without warning, regardless of the teams date of registration.

Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of registration provided that (i) the entry fee is received within ten (10) days of online registration (if payment is made via cheque the cheque must be received within 10 days of online registration at the address below); and (ii) the division is not full. If your payment (including payment via cheque) is received after 10 days from the date of registration, your team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the your payment (including cheques) is received.
