Thank you for your interest in the APMHA September Prep Skates. All Prep Skate participants must be registered (and paid in full) with Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey. Players who have NOT registered with the APMHA by the deadline date will not be eligible for the September Prep Skates. Registration is for all 4 Prep Skate sessions - single sessions registrations are not available; no refunds. Payment must be completed alongside this form.

PREP SKATE PAYMENT

Payment must be completed during the registration process (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit). Payment will NOT be accepted at the door.

September Prep Skates^*

The Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey Association September 2022 Prep Skates fall under APMHA programming and all participants are subject to the APMHA Code of Conduct. Participants who are unwilling to follow the APMHA Code of Conduct will be removed from any or all prep skate sessions.

2022-2023 Season Registration with the APMHA must be completed (and paid in full) by the deadline date of August 15th 2022; Players who have registered for the Prep Skates but NOT registered with the APMHA by the deadline date will lost their spot and be placed on the waitlist. Registrations are a first come, first serve basis.

There is a no refund policy in effect for the Prep Skates - no exceptions.
