Residents and arena user organizations/members can provide comments on the draft Arena Strategy online from April 25 - May 23, 2024. Want to share your thoughts in person? Staff will be hosting an Open House on Tuesday, May 7 from 5:30-8:30 pm at Don Beer Arena in order to discuss the Arena Strategy and provide an opportunity to share your thoughts and comments in person.

The final Draft Arena Strategy will be considered by Council for approval on Monday, June 10 at 2:00 pm as part of the Executive Committee meeting. Anyone wishing to speak to the report and draft Arena Strategy is welcome to request delegation through the Clerks Department.
