HEAD COACH - JAMIE CUSACK

Coach Jamie brings over a decade of coaching experience to the bench, combining a deep passion for hockey with a proven ability to develop players and build successful teams. With a career rooted in both ice and ball hockey, Jamie has cultivated a reputation for fostering growth, resilience, and teamwork at every level.

Jamie will be entering his third season as head coach of the Raiders in the 2026–27 season. In his first two years behind the bench, he has focused on building a strong team culture based on work ethic, accountability, and skill development. Under his leadership, the Raiders have shown consistent improvement in both team defense and puck possession, while emphasizing player growth on and off the ice. He is a certified Hockey Canada Development 1 coach and remains committed to creating a positive, competitive environment for every player in the program. His ability to inspire confidence, instill discipline, and create a positive team culture has been instrumental in shaping players into better athletes and individuals; this will continue to be his philosophy moving into the 2026/27 season.

APR is the place to play.

The APMHA has a dedicated Board of Directors and Executive that are all non-parent members, eliminating any perceived conflict of interest or favoritism; their dedication to our MHA is limitless, with no personal gain other than the success of our Association and its players/teams. We have a full administrative staff to support parents and players through all aspects of the season. The APMHA has a solid foundation of continuous and unwavering support for our Coaches, Players and AP Raiders families.
