AP RAIDERS U18AA (25/26) - COACH PROFILE & TEAM INFORMATION
HEAD COACH - SCOTT LOGAN
I have been a part of the Raiders organization for the better part of the past 10 years. My coaching experience extends over the past 25+ years coaching levels from U5 house league to U18 AAA boys, both in the OMHA as well as the GTHL, and also U13-U18AA girls. I have been an Assistant Coach in the Raiders organization the past 3 seasons with the 2010 AAA age group and the 3 seasons prior to that with 2008 AA age group.
In my spare time I am a Tournament Director of the largest prospects/showcase tournament (TEP Showcase) in Canada, hosting upwards of 60 teams. I am also the Co-Program Director of TEP spring hockey based in the Durham region for birth year players 2008-2016 and I run a summer high performance skate for Canadian university/NCAA D1 and D3 girls.
I am very passionate about the game of hockey and developing young hockey players. I pride myself on developing relationships to last far beyond the game of hockey.
THE U18AA PROGRAM
Our program will be focused on player/team development, on and off ice pre game preparation and life skills to contribute to our daily life. We will focus on team and individual skills to maximize our potential, I will push players to be the best they can be both on and off the ice. The goal is to provide a safe and rewarding hockey experience for all players/families. I look to provide a culture of respect, hard work and accountability.
ICE TIME
Our team will be on the ice approximately 3-4 times per week. APR makes it easy for families by providing prime time ice times to our teams. We currently use 3 facilities in the association with 9 ice pads between them. Our practice and home game schedule is a fixed one, providing consistency to the season.
ASSOCIATION
APR is the place to play.
The Ajax Pickering Minor Hockey Association (APMHA) is built on a strong, dedicated Board of Directors and Executive team, all of whom are non-parent members. This ensures an unbiased, conflict-free environment where every decision is made with the best interests of our players and teams in mind. Their unwavering commitment to the growth and success of the MHA comes without personal gain—only a shared passion for fostering the development of our players and the continued success of our Association. With a full administrative staff in place, we provide seamless support for both parents and players throughout the season. The APMHA stands on a solid foundation of continuous, unwavering support for our coaches, players, and AP Raiders families, ensuring a positive and successful hockey experience for all involved.
