HEAD COACH - PAUL REED
Paul Reed is a High Performance–driven hockey coach with over 30 years of experience developing elite athletes across AAA, OJHL, Junior A and C levels in Ontario. He holds Hockey Canada Advanced Coaching certification HP1 and has served as Head Coach at multiple AAA levels (U14–U16). Most recently, he is Assistant Coach with the Pickering Panthers (OJHL, 2025–2026).
Paul’s coaching philosophy centers on execution, pace, and accountability. He builds high-tempo, detail-oriented practice environments focused on technical excellence, tactical awareness, and structured team play. His development model emphasizes skill progression, decision-making under pressure, and efficient transitions, preparing athletes to compete at the next level.
With more than 20 years of experience as a senior medical device sales professional, Paul brings strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills to his programs. He is committed to developing technically skilled, tactically intelligent, and mentally resilient athletes ready for high-level hockey competition.
