weekend at the Northumberland Select Roundup Tournament.
The
Ajax Pickering Raiders had an amazing run, going undefeated in the round-robin
games. With three forward lines firing on all cylinders, strong solid defence,
and outstanding goaltending from Nathan Hyman and Christian Damianidis,
the Raiders secured their spot in the finals.
In
the Championship game against the Markham Waxers, the Raiders showed true
determination and grit. They fought hard and emerged victorious with a 4-1 win,
showcasing their talent and teamwork.
This weekend was a
testament to the Raiders unity, hard work and resilience against tough
competition. Huge kudos to the players for their hard work and dedication. The
coaches are all incredibly proud of this achievement!
