U16AA rerturn home from Peterborough with the Gold!
This weekend the U16AA Raiders were in Peterborough for their annual AA tournament.
The boys snuck into the quarter finals finishing 6th in round robin play. In the quarters they faced Ottawa Sting. They had a very convincing 6-0 win early Sunday morning that punched their ticket to the semis vs Nepean. In a back and forth battle the boys proved to be to much for Nepean with a 5-2 victory and moving onto the finals vs Rideau. In the finals the boys were just to much for Rideau playing a very aggressive and physical game and blanking them 5-0. What an amazing 3 game stretch in 8 hours for these boys. Out scoring their opponents 16-2. The coaches and staff are unbelievably proud of them for their accomplishments.
