FALL CLASSIC TOURNAMENT DETAILS

AAA Divisions: U10-U12 AAA Teams

TOURNAMENT FEE 
EARLY BIRD PRICING: Before & including September 1st, 2025 (all divisions) - $1,925.00
After September 1st, 2025 (all divisions) - $1,975.00

 4 game guarantee

 out of town teams will not play until Friday 
(out of town is considered 1.5 hours away)

Note: This tournament has a history of 75% of teams registering from out of town and fills up very quickly.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
 Select "Register" from the menu on the Fall Classic tournament site.
 Choose the correct division for your team and follow the registration process. 
 Each division has a limit, as long as you are able to complete and submit the registration, your team has successfully submitted registration for the Fall Classic Tournament. Once divisions are full, a waitlist will be in effect.
 Once registration is complete, teams are considered "pending" until accepted and then confirmed via the tournament/APMHA. 

 Registrations made prior to the "Early Bird" deadline date that DO NOT provide payment by the deadline date, will be subject to the standard tournament fee.
 Deposits are not accepted for the Fall Classic. 

 Payment must be received by 14 days from the date of acceptance into the tournament. Payment reminders will be sent.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
Tournament schedule will be released one week prior to tournament.

APMHA TERMS & CONDITIONS & REFUND POLICY
 APMHA Tournament Terms and Conditions 
 
Cancellations/withdrawals made by the team are subject to a $200 admin fee. 
 Teams MUST notify the APMHA of request to withdraw from the tournament. 
 NO refunds will be issued within 35 days of the tournament start date.
 The APMHA does not have Covid Refund Policy in affect (unless the entire tournament is cancelled due to local government/public health regulations). All refunds will be issued by cheque (unless otherwise stated by the APMHA) and made payable to the team/association who provided payment. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to arrive.
