TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION
Choose the correct division for your team, then choose the corresponding age group and complete the online registration form. Each form has a limit, as long as you are able to complete and submit the form, your team has successfully submitted registration for the Spring Thaw Tournament. A confirmation email will be sent ONLY when a corresponding payment has been made to secure your teams spot in the tournament. Registration, without payment, does not confirm a teams spot in the tournament; without payment, teams may be moved to the waitlist without warning, regardless of the teams date of registration.
