SPRING THAW TOURNAMENT

- out of town teams will not play until Friday
(out of town is considered 1.5 hours away)

Teams are ACCEPTED into the tournament based on the date of registration provided that (i) the entry fee is received within ten (10) days of online registration (if payment is made via cheque the cheque must be received within 10 days of online registration at the address below); and (ii) the division is not full. If your payment (including payment via cheque) is received after 10 days from the date of registration, your team will be ACCEPTED based on availability at the time the your payment is received. Registrations made prior to the Early Bird deadline date that DO NOT provide payment by the deadline date, will be subject to the standard tournament fee.

Hotel Information -  This tournament does not use a third party booking system for hotels. Teams can choose whichever hotel they would like. Arenas for this tournament are located in the south ends of both Pickering and Ajax. 


APMHA Tournament Terms and Conditions

APMHA REFUND POLICY
Cancellations/withdrawals made by the team are subject to a $200 admin fee. NO refunds will be issued within 35 days of the tournament start date. The APMHA does not have Covid Refund Policy in affect (unless the entire tournament is cancelled due to local government/public health regulations). All refunds will be issued by cheque and made payable to the team/association who provided payment.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for the refund to arrive.
